BHBW has added new depth to its range with the launch of integrated lithium-ion battery powered Hyster lift trucks that deliver robust performance comparable to an internal combustion engine (ICE) lift truck.

The Hyster® J2.0-7.0XTLG series, capable of lifting up to 7 tonnes, are well suited to both indoor and outdoor handling challenges. Operations moving or storing engineered timber, paper and cardboard, bricks, blocks, metals and construction materials can expect to enhance productivity, reduce Total Cost of Ownership and eliminate exhaust emissions.
XTLG lift trucks incorporate many trusted design elements from Hyster ICE models – like strength, reliability and performance – but replace the engine with a high-efficiency lithium-ion battery and permanent magnet motor system. This setup provides high efficiency and smooth control. Intelligent motor control and rugged construction enable the trucks to deliver ICE-like acceleration, travel speeds and gradeability, with reduced noise and minimised vibration.
The integrated lithium-ion battery enables fast charging and low maintenance requirements, maximising operational uptime. When matched with the right application, the Hyster XTLG series can help reduce service costs, decrease energy consumption and offer a longer operational life.
To tackle uneven surfaces and variable weather conditions, the new Hyster forklifts also feature large superelastic tyres and high ground clearance.
In line with Hyster’s drive to provide Clean Power that Means Business, the XTLG series provides a practical, powerful and affordable alternative to ICE forklifts, with round-the-clock support from BHBW to keep tough operations going.
Models in the series are available with or without cabs.
